CASINJAC, Inc. warrants only title to the products, supplies, and materials and that the same are furnished to CASINJAC, Inc. free of defects in workmanship and materials. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHERWISE WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE STATED IN THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING SENTENCE.
CASINJAC, Inc.'s liability and customer’s exclusive remedy in any cause of action (whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty or otherwise) arising out of the sale or use of any products, supplies or materials is expressly limited to the replacement of such products, supplies, or materials on their return to CASINJAC, Inc. or at CASINJAC Inc,’s option, to the allowance to the customer of credit for the cost of such items. Further: CASINJAC, Inc. makes no warranty, guarantees, or representations, express or contained herein. In no event shall CASINJAC, Inc. be liable for special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages arising out of the use of any product, supplies, materials, data, calculations, or opinions contained herein.
